Therapy with me is designed for individuals and couples who are ready to engage thoughtfully in the process, take ownership of their growth, and apply what they learn beyond sessions. This work is collaborative, purposeful, and focused on creating meaningful change that carries into everyday life.

  • ndividual therapy offers space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a grounded and intentional way. This work focuses on understanding patterns that contribute to anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, or consistently putting yourself last, while building practical tools that strengthen emotional regulation, confidence, and clearer boundaries.

    Together, we work toward meaningful changes that extend beyond the therapy room—helping you make aligned decisions, communicate your needs with clarity, and show up in your life with greater steadiness and self-trust.

    Available virtually to clients located in Texas (Houston, Dallas, and statewide) and Hawaii.

    Investment: $250 per 50-minute session.

  • Couples therapy creates space to slow reactive patterns and use moments of conflict as opportunities for deeper understanding and connection. I work with couples who want to improve communication, strengthen emotional safety, and better understand how their individual histories and attachment styles influence the relationship.

    This work supports partners in having more productive conversations, repairing disconnects with care, and creating relational dynamics that feel respectful, stable, and aligned—so the relationship can grow in healthier and more sustainable ways.

    Virtual couples therapy is available for clients located in Texas and Hawaii.

    Investment: $350 per 60-minute session.

  • Intensives are an accelerated treatment approach designed to help individuals or couples work through specific challenges in a shorter period of time than traditional weekly therapy. This format allows for focused, uninterrupted work that creates clarity and momentum more efficiently.

    Each intensive includes a 90-minute intake session, a single extended session with built-in breaks, a personalized wellness plan, and a 30-day follow-up. This structure supports deeper exploration, practical problem-solving, and meaningful progress—without the ongoing time commitment of weekly sessions.
