Functioning vs. Thriving
There’s a big difference between functioning and truly thriving.
You work hard, show up for others, and do your best to take care of yourself. But despite your efforts, you might still feel like something’s missing. You may even find yourself wondering, ‘If everything seems fine, why do I still feel this way?’
Therapy can help you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be, guiding you toward a life that feels fulfilling and aligned with your goals.
-
You find it hard to rest or feel truly rested, no matter how much downtime you have.
You often feel on edge, guilty, or even lazy when you try to unwind.
You feel pressured to move on to the next thing before you’ve even had a chance to catch your breath.
It’s exhausting to feel like you’re constantly running on empty, but therapy can help you break the cycle. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel rested, rejuvenated, and confident in slowing down without guilt.
-
Perhaps your relationships feel like they’re missing something. You crave deeper connections and fulfilling friendships, but you’re unsure how to create and sustain them.
You may also struggle with setting boundaries—either letting others take too much or feeling unsure about how to communicate your own needs.
Therapy can help you uncover the patterns holding you back, strengthen your communication skills, and build the tools you need to create meaningful, balanced, and lasting relationships.
-
You feel stuck and unsure how to move forward. Despite your success, there’s a nagging feeling that you’re not doing enough.
You know there’s more to life, but the thought of getting from where you are to where you want to be feels overwhelming—sometimes, it’s even hard to picture what that could look like.
Therapy can help you clarify your vision, break down overwhelming goals into manageable steps, and guide you toward a life that feels both fulfilling and aligned with your values.
-
Big changes can feel exciting—but they can also feel overwhelming. Whether you’re starting a new job, moving to a new place, experiencing a relationship shift, or adjusting to a new phase of life, transitions often come with uncertainty and emotional challenges.
Therapy can help you navigate these changes with confidence, providing tools to manage stress, find clarity, and embrace new opportunities while staying grounded in your personal values.Item description

I’m Brittiany,
I believe life is meant to be lived abundantly, and my passion is helping individuals, couples, and families overcome challenges and grow into the best versions of themselves.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 13 years of experience, I specialize in a systemic approach to therapy. I’ve worked in diverse environments, including:
Education: Supporting children and adolescents in navigating challenges.

I currently work exclusively with clients virtually, offering a flexible and accessible way to receive therapy no matter where you’re located. Whether you’re in DFW, Honolulu, or connecting from beyond, I’m here to help you create meaningful change.
Starting the Journey
Every journey is unique, and the best path forward is the one that aligns with your goals. Together, we’ll create a roadmap that’s right for you.
-
Whether you’re on a journey to become the best version of yourself or you and your partner are seeking ways to reconnect and grow together, I’m here to help. These therapy sessions incorporate evidence-based techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused approaches, to support personal growth, strengthen relationships, and help you build the fulfilling life and partnership you’ve always dreamed of.
-
You know you need support but aren't quite ready to jump into a 1:1 scenario. This option allows you to be grouped with others who are also on their journey. This will allow you to begin to heal and grow in a structured group environment.
-
This is an accelerated treatment approach that allows you to work through challenges in a shorter period of time compared to traditional therapy. Intensives are broken up into a 90 minute intake, 2- 4 hour sessions on a Friday and Saturday, a wellness plan, and a 30 day follow up
