As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 13 years of experience, I specialize in a systemic approach to therapy. I’ve worked in diverse environments, including:

Starting the Journey

  • You know you need support but aren't quite ready to jump into a 1:1 scenario. This option allows you to be grouped with others who are also on their journey. This will allow you to begin to heal and grow in a structured group environment.

  • This is an accelerated treatment approach that allows you to work through challenges in a shorter period of time compared to traditional therapy. Intensives are broken up into a 90 minute intake, 2- 4 hour sessions on a Friday and Saturday, a wellness plan, and a 30 day follow up
